1. Purpose

Datapulsecorefr SAS offers a private information, eligibility-check and administrative-support service connected to French public aid, European funds and France 2030 programmes. We are neither a public administration nor a public service.

2. Site access

The site is accessible 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or in case of force majeure. Datapulsecorefr cannot be held liable for occasional interruptions or incidents beyond its control.

3. Description of services

Our services include: personalised eligibility audit, drafting and filing support, follow-up with administrations and advice on European funding. Detailed financial conditions are provided before any quotation is signed.

4. Client obligations

The client commits to providing accurate and complete information, to respecting agreed deadlines for sharing supporting documents, and to informing Datapulsecorefr of any change in their situation that may affect the file.

5. Pricing

The initial audit is entirely free. Support services are billed on a flat-fee basis, with a detailed quotation provided before any work begins. No commission is taken on aids received by the client.

6. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L. 221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, individual clients have fourteen (14) days from the signature of the quotation to withdraw, without having to justify their decision.

7. Liability

Datapulsecorefr commits to a best-efforts obligation in the quality of its advice and the follow-up of files. The actual granting of aid is the sole decision of the competent administrations and cannot be guaranteed. Our overall liability is capped at the fees received for the file concerned.
