Privacy policy

Last updated: 12 February 2026

Datapulsecorefr SAS is constantly committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains, in plain terms, how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use datapulsecorefr.com or request our support services.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Datapulsecorefr SAS, registered with the Paris Trade Registry under number 902 418 736, with its head office at 14 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at dpo@datapulsecorefr.com.

2. Data we collect

We only collect data that is strictly useful: identity (first name, last name), contact details (email, phone if provided), elements of your situation voluntarily shared via the form, and aggregated technical data (browser type, pages visited). No sensitive data is processed without your explicit consent.

3. Purposes

Your data is used to respond to your request, perform the free audit, build public-aid files, comply with our legal obligations and, subject to your consent, measure audience and improve our services.

4. Legal basis

Processing relies, depending on the case, on your consent (form, non-essential cookies), the performance of a contract (administrative support), a legal obligation (invoicing, anti-fraud) or our legitimate interest in improving the service.

5. Retention

Incoming requests are kept for 3 years from the last contact. Client files are archived for 10 years in line with French accounting and tax obligations. Measurement cookies last at most 13 months.

6. Recipients

Your data is never sold. It is accessible to our authorised advisors and, where relevant, to our technical sub-processors (OVH France hosting, Google measurement tools) under GDPR-compliant agreements.

7. Transfers outside the EU

When technical tools involve a transfer outside the European Union, those transfers are framed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and supplemented by technical measures (encryption, pseudonymisation).

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and the right to set post-mortem directives. You may exercise them at dpo@datapulsecorefr.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

9. Security

Our servers are hosted in mainland France. Exchanges are encrypted with TLS 1.3, access to files is restricted by MFA, and our teams receive annual information-security training.

10. Updates

This policy may evolve to reflect regulatory or service changes. The applicable version is the one published on this page, dated at the top of the document.
